We have a network of contractors who will carry out repairs and safety checks on our behalf, you are the client and we have your best interest at heart.
We will register this on your behalf with Safe Deposit Scotland, we will prepare a detailed inventory at the start of the tenancy to reduce any issues at the end of the tenancy. We will submit a copy of the origional inventory along with picture evidence of any damages caused by the outgoing tenant.
